I am confident about my role as an Early Years Teacher because Sparkies gives you the opportunity to grow for us and the children. We see the world from the innocent eyes of a child, some may find this boring or common, however this happens to be something wonderful, magical and incredible. 

Engaging with children's play, by experiments and exploration is just magical this is how we learn. The smile on each child's face when they learn to complete or understand the link for the first time, their happiness is just contagious! 

Working with children is a vocation you have to be passionate,  and must come from the heart!

I was first introduced to Sparkies as an Apprentice. With the help of my mentors I was able to master and excel. Sparkies is not just for children, it is also a place for students, we learn by encouragement and my confidence grew and grew. I am an Early Years Educator, part of an incredible team of people who care. Care about giving children time to talk about their feelings, to discover and learn about new things, to create and explore our wonderful environment, to excel just like I did and will continue to learn and discover new things!
